Your Role as Support Staff

Support Staff play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the Bible School and supporting students in their spiritual journey.
  • Domestic and practical tasks
  • Organising social events and games
  • Supporting worship sessions
  • Leading small group Bible studies
  • Pastoral presence and student support

Short-Term Positions

Full Year Volunteer / IJFD

What you’ll do

Our full year volunteer support team serves in a number of areas such as housekeeping, lawns, gardens, maintenance, office, and program support. Apart from our Bible School courses we also host a variety of retreats throughout the year. Basic living expenses are provided, including meals and accommodation. For German citizens, we offer the government-funded IJFD program in cooperation with a partner organization. Possible areas of involvement, depending on your skills and abilities are:

  • Kitchen Assistant 
  • Housekeeping 
  • Grounds Keeping 
  • Facility Maintenance
  • Building Projects
  • Program & Ministry Support
 
Max. 4 Volunteers / Year

Requirements

  • min. 18 years old 
  • Advanced English skills
  • Annual Visa for Schengen area (EU citizens)
  • Professional background desirable but not necessary
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help

Grounds Keeping

What you’ll do

  • Weeding & trimming hedges/plants/trees
  • Mowing lawns & irrigation support

Requirements

  • Comfortable using mower, strimmer, and basic gardening tools
  • Physical ability
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help

Kitchen Assistant

What you’ll do

Help prepare and serve breakfast, morning snack, lunch & dinner

Requirements

  • Previous kitchen experience
  • Familiar with and comfortable using general kitchen appliances
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help

Facilities Maintenance

What you’ll do

  • Facility maintenance support 
  • Building Upgrade Projects (Professionals)

Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude, handyman skills, ability to use power tools
  • For building upgrades skilled professionals such as electricians, plumbers, and carpenters are always needed 
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help

Housekeeping

What you’ll do

  • Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and shared areas
  • Laundry support 
  • Helping maintain a welcoming & organized environment

Requirements

  • Basic housekeeping or cleaning experience
  • Physically ability to perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help

Short-term volunteers cover their own living expenses. Full board is provided for qualifying longer stays.

Grounds & Facilities Manager

What you’ll do

Care for the olive orchard, fruit trees, veggie gardens, flower beds, hedges and lawns.

Requirements

Gardening knowledge (home or commercial), comfortable with various tools

Full-Time Staff

For

Individuals or families ready to assist across all areas of the ministry.

Role summary:

  • Assist and assume responsibilities in multiple ministry areas
  • Support the life and rhythm of the community
  • Contribute to programs, hosting, and practical needs

 

A clear sense of God’s call to full-time ministry
