Your Role as Support Staff
Support Staff play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the Bible School and supporting students in their spiritual journey.
- Domestic and practical tasks
- Grounds keeping and general upkeep
- Organising social events and games
- Supporting worship sessions
- Leading small group Bible studies
- Pastoral presence and student support

Grounds Keeping Assistant
What you’ll do
Weeding, trimming hedges/plants/trees, vegetable garden and flower beds, mowing/strimming lawns, irrigation support, general property appearance
Requirements
Comfortable using mower, strimmer, and basic gardening tools

Cook Assistant
What you’ll do
Help prepare and serve breakfast, morning snack, lunch & dinner
Requirements
Previous kitchen experience. Familiar with and comfortable using general kitchen appliances.

Routine maintenance and upgrade projects
Requirements
Mechanical aptitude, handyman skills, ability to use power tools

What you’ll do
Care for the olive orchard, fruit trees, veggie gardens, flower beds, hedges and lawns.

Full-Time Staff
For
Individuals or families ready to assist across all areas of the ministry.
Role summary:
- Assist and assume responsibilities in multiple ministry areas
- Support the life and rhythm of the community
- Contribute to programs, hosting, and practical needs
A clear sense of God’s call to full-time ministry
- January-December
- 3+ Years
